NOW proves yet again they are nothing more than a Left Wing

The United Nations announced this week that Iran was elected
to the ‘Commission on the Status of Women’. Yes Iran, a country that
treats women like second class citizens,
has stoning laws against women and gives women lashings if they wear
clothes that are not considered modest was appointed by the lunatics at
the United Nations. No country showed any outrage, including the United
States. More shocking is the complete and utter silence from NOW
(National Organization for Women). Where is the outrage?
Below is
a screenshot of NOW’s website as of this morning. One would think that
it would be plastered with condemnation of the U.N.’s appointment.
Where are the protests? Where are the boycotts? Again, where is the
outrage?
NOW has an ongoing campaign regarding
Violence Against Women yet they say nothing regarding Iran’s appointment
when Iran has LAWS written that call for violence against women? Below
is from their Violence against Women site. Note the violence on
poverty lie:

of violence against women, emphasizing that there are many interrelated
aspects to the issue -- domestic violence; sexual assault; sexual
harassment; violence at abortion clinics; hate crimes across lines of

NOW
continues to prove over and over again that they are no longer a viable
women’s movement but simply an arm of the Left Wing. They are nothing
more than a liberal biased movement running under the guise of
‘feminism’ and supporting women’s rights. Since the Left supports the
United Nations and to date have been pretty silent about the absolutely
ridiculous appointment of Iran to the Committee, NOW is following suit,
like good little liberal girls. It will be interesting to see if they
actually make a statement about the appointment. If they do it will
most likely be weak and as usual, too little too late. NOW yet again
proves it is nothing more than a Left Wing propaganda organization and
not one that is truly interested in protecting ALL women’s rights.
Palin takes on Boston Common with the Tea Party Express and
thousands of Tea Partiers

The Tea Party Express rolled
onto Boston Common today with former Governor Sarah Palin as their
keynote speaker in Boston’s first Tea Party of 2010. People from all
over Massachusetts ascended upon the Common to protest higher taxes,
more spending and Obama’s policy of growing the Federal Government even
bigger. The crowd has been reported as being from 3,000 to 5,000, with
no ‘official’ numbers in yet. It was the perfect day for a Tea Party
and the crowd was filled with families, Grandparents, college students,
pets, Professionals, kids and people from all walks of life who live in
Massachusetts.
The one thing that was crystal clear was that
the Tea Partiers were indeed not the hateful, intolerant, name-calling
psychopaths that people like certain Liberal pundits on MSNBC and other
MSM outlets make them out to be. The truly intolerant, hateful,
name-calling psychopaths were the liberals that were there to protest
the protest as you will see from the photos below. It was obvious who
was there to protest the government and obvious who was there to promote
the government. While there were not that many anti-Tea party
protesters around, the ones that were there all seemed to have hateful
signs geared towards Sarah Palin. The party that claims to be tolerant
has proven to be exactly the opposite.

All in all the day
was glorious and there were no problems that have been reported. People
were friendly, fun, gracious and excited about November. Even though
people were there protesting, the only visible anger was seen from those
on the Left who couldn’t stand to see anyone protesting their precious
Liberal President’s policies, especially in uber-liberal Massachusetts.
These people were mostly looked upon in amusement. It was a great day
in Boston for a Tea Party and for the people of Massachusetts to come
together in one spot to have their voices heard. Will Obama and the
liberals in Congress hear the words – Yes. Will they listen – No. They
will certainly be listening in November when the very same people at
the Tea Parties across the country are voting in droves and handing pink
slips to all who refused to hear their voices.

How the Left is demoralizing Americans, including the Democratic
Congressional Campaign Committee
Finally, after years of sitting back and just
shaking their heads, millions of Americans have gotten off their
couches, out of their homes and gotten involved in politics. They call,
fax, email and rally their Congressmen and Senators to let them know
exactly how they feel about policies being voted upon and exactly how
they want their representatives (using this term loosely) to vote on
their behalf. At each and every turn Americans have been battered,
bashed, laughed at and lied about by politicians, the Main Stream Media
and those on the Left who disagree with them.
This past week alone the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee has been sending out many negative emails
regarding the people who are standing up against Obamacare. The latest
is absolutely one of the worst they have sent all week, from James
Carville, which was sent out today. The language in this letter alone
is shameful, untrue and absolutely what the MAJORITY of Americans are
sick and tired of. The DCCC are the ones who need to crawl back under
their rock.
He goes on further in the email to
say the following:
“We will not be intimidated by
the lies, distortions and hate spewing venom from the mouths of Glenn
Beck, Rush Limbaugh, John Boehner and the other Republican gas bags.
And, we're not about to back down in the face of the tidal wave of
special interest cash pouring into the campaigns of our Republican
opponents thanks to the radical decision by the Supreme Court.”
The
Left wonders why Americans have HAD it with their ridiculous behavior.
Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh; in case they seem to have forgotten are
Political Commentators, not politicians. The Left may want to realize
that people aren't voting for Beck or Limbaugh but for the politicians
that are supposed to reprsent them. It is apparent that they hate and
despise anyone who disagrees with their insane ideology.
The
Left continuously demoralizes Americans for practicing their First
Amendment rights. They continuously demoralize Americans who have
finally gotten involved in the political process. They are demoralizing
Americans because they know that Americans have finally realized that
the Left does not have the country’s best interests at heart. This
immature, hateful, vile behavior is going to continue throughout the
elections in November (and probably through 2012). Although the Left
likes to spout that the majority of Americans were for Obama's Health
Care Reform bill, they know in reality that is an untrue statement.
Their rants and lies are going to get even uglier as the mid-term
elections grow near. Their hope is that Americans will simply give
up. The Left is running scared and yelling loud because they know that
Americans will ‘Remember in November’.
A reminder to voters of Massachusetts about Obama's 'Change' we can’t believe in
All across the internet the latest news has been that Obama himself is coming to Massachusetts to campaign for Senatorial Candidate Martha Coakley, the Democrat. He has done an internet ad and created a message for robocalling practically begging people to vote for Coakley to save his insane Health Care Reform bill. Coakley has already stated that she will lockstep vote for the bill as well as Cap & Trade. Obama’s plea to voters is to save the super majority he holds in Congress so that they can continue to buy off the moderate Democrats with taxpayer dollars and force legislation through even when the majority of the country does not want it.
Do Coakley and Obama think that Massachusetts voters have no memory? Does Obama think that the voters of Massachusetts are just fine and dandy with all of his broken promises and lies? Obama promised change but the only change he has delivered has been worse for this country. A few reminders below (there are many more):
Obama insisted Congress push the Stimulus bill through or unemployment would surpass 8% - He lied. It is now at 10%+.
Obama promised he would not vote for any bill that had pork in it – He lied. The very first budget bill had billions of dollars in pork, yet he still signed it. There has been pork in many of the bills he has signed.
Obama said he would have the most transparent administration ever and even hold the legislative process accountable by airing them on C-SPAN – He lied. There have been more back room deals with his Health Care Bill than voters have seen in a very long time.
Obama said he would not raise taxes on the middle class but his Health Care Bill does just that as does his Cap & Trade bill. – He lied.
Obama said that he wanted true bipartisanship in Congress and his administration. – He lied. Congress is more partisan that it has been in years.
Obama said he wanted to change the business as usual of lobbyists in D.C. and that he wouldn’t accept money from them. – He lied. He got the most money of all Senators from lobbyists in 2008, especially the Health Sector.
And yes Massachusetts voters, now Obama is coming to campaign for Coakley(who also gets money from Health lobbyists) and just expects everyone to go along with his game and vote for her. Much like the way Coakley didn’t bother campaigning because she figured she is somehow owed the Senate Seat. Now is the voters’ chance to tell Obama how they really feel about all of his lies. Now is the voters’ of Massachusetts chance to bring real ‘change’ to Washington D.C. since Obama lied about bringing it himself. He won your vote in the 2008 election but he didn’t deliver the goods. Martha Coakley will only continue to deliver more of Obama’s change we CAN’T believe in as Senator.

A Senate win for Republican Scott Brown from MA is a win for the entire country!
In case you haven’t heard, there is a special election in Massachusetts on January 19th to fill the late Ted Kennedy’s seat. While many of you may not really think much about a Senate race in Mass., this race will affect each of us on a national level. If Republican Scott Brown wins the seat he will be the 41st vote in the Senate that is against the Health Care Bill not to mention Cap & Trade. He will stop the Democrats from their 60 vote majority and therefore aid in stopping the insanity that has been continually passed in the most partisan fashion we’ve seen in years in Congress.
Brown’s opponent is Democrat Martha Coakley, the current Attorney General for the state. Coakley is a typical liberal cookie cutout. She will vote along party lines like the majority of them do and she will not care about what her constituents want nor what is best for them or the country. Reid would love to have Coakley in the seat because he could count on her to just step right into place (he wouldn’t even have to ‘buy’ her vote as he did with some of the Blue Dog Democrats). As much as many Conservatives didn’t like Kennedy because of his ideology, he was much better than Coakley could ever even try to be because he did work across the aisle. She is not a good Democratic candidate to replace Kennedy.

Coakley is so arrogant that she refused to participate in many debates with her fellow Democrats during the primaries (not even to women’s groups). Coakley is so arrogant that she refuses to debate Brown one on one because she knows that Kennedy is simply a distraction. If you live in Massachusetts, remember to vote on January 19, 2010 – rain, sleet or snow! This is already an historic race as Coakley could be the first woman from Mass. in the Senate and Brown is a Republican vying for Kennedy’s seat that was Democratic for decades. The last thing this state needs is a Senator who would actually be worse than Senator Kerry. The last thing this country needs is another liberal Democrat in Congress who will just vote whatever way Reid tells her. Support and a vote for Scott Brown could help kill the outrageous Health Care Bill and the ever looming Cap & Trade Bill, both of which he is against. The time for action is now! A win for Scott Brown is not only a win for the people of Massachusetts but a win for the entire country!
Last night Obama gave a speech at West Point regarding his strategy and decisions for the war in Afghanistan. One thing that jumped out was his statements regarding the cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the hypocrisy of his fiscal responsibility. To be clear, it is necessary to pay attention to the spending but it is interesting that this is the only area in the country that Obama seems actually concerned about spending.
From the speech (bold highlights are for emphasis):
“As President, I refuse to set goals that go beyond our responsibility, our means, or our interests. And I must weigh all of the challenges that our nation faces. I don't have the luxury of committing to just one. Indeed, I'm mindful of the words of President Eisenhower, who -- in discussing our national security -- said, "Each proposal must be weighed in the light of a broader consideration: the need to maintain balance in and among national programs."Over the past several years, we have lost that balance. We've failed to appreciate the connection between our national security and our economy. In the wake of an economic crisis, too many of our neighbors and friends are out of work and struggle to pay the bills. Too many Americans are worried about the future facing our children. Meanwhile, competition within the global economy has grown more fierce. So we can't simply afford to ignore the price of these wars.All told, by the time I took office the cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan approached a trillion dollars. Going forward, I am committed to addressing these costs openly and honestly. Obama is fiscally and economically destructive and our deficit has grown more than all Presidents combined in our history in less than a year in office. Obama speaks about balance and he is correct that the spending was out of balance the past several years; however, as the CBO and White House analysis graph shows below, Obama’s spending is so far out of balance that it is beyond destructive to our economy and country.Why is it that Obama finally brings up fiscal responsibility with regards to Afghanistan and Iraq but has completely neglected it with everything he has spent to date? Why is Obama suddenly worrying about how the $30 billion spent in the Middle East is going to affect the economy but he pushes the Health Care Reform bill which is estimated to cost well over a trillion dollars by some? What about the Cap & Trade bill that will not only cost billions but will cost millions of jobs? It isn’t clear why Obama brought up the monetary cost of the war on terror (mind you he didn’t use that word) when the money he has spent and wants to spend is not only much greater but much more destructive to our economy than the mere $30 billion to support our efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq. What is crystal clear is Obama’s hypocrisy on his sudden fiscal responsibility.
Obama’s failure in Denmark is a victory for all Americans

With cities, states and Americans all over the country struggling to make ends meet, bringing the Olympics to the United States would have been more costly to tax payers than worthy. Hosting the Olympics is an extremely and continuously expensive endeavor as pointed out in an article written by Gordon T. Anderson of CNN Money back in 2005:
"Sydney spends about $32 million a year for maintenance and upkeep of venues it built to host the event in 2000, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.
Many of those facilities are barely used. The mountain bike track was shuttered because so few people went there, and the equestrian facilities require about a $1 million subsidy to stay open.
The lavish, privately owned Sydney SuperDome, site of the basketball and gymnastics competitions in 2000, filed for bankruptcy reorganization. Montreal -- whose 1976 Olympiad is synonymous with fiasco, from wild construction cost overruns to the accidental extinguishing of the Olympic torch -- is also still paying for it.
All told, the province of Quebec has paid some $1.4 billion in Olympic-related interest, Knight-Ridder reported. Annual maintenance on publicly owned facilities comes to about $22 million."
Since Chicago would have had to put up billions to get the city ready for the Olympics and since they do not have the luxury of having several extra billion dollars sitting around, it is a good thing for the people of Chicago and all Americans that the International Olympic Committee did not select them as the site. Chicago would have either had to borrow the money, putting its citizens in further debt or the United States government would have borrowed the money for them, putting the rest of the country into further debt. Chicagoans should be happy that the Olympics will not be hosted in their city because they would be paying for continuous upkeep of new sites built.
Whether Chicago had won the Olympics or not it was ridiculous for both Obama’s to be travelling to Denmark. Apparently when your travel budget is paid for by the American tax payers, common sense is not part of the equation. The Obama’s would serve Americans much better if they actually showed that they too care about our money and how it is spent. American Presidents should not be involved in the Olympic lobbying process which is why delegations are created. Did Obama really think he was going to woo over the Olympic Committee at the last minute so they would select Chicago? Was it truly necessary to spend millions of extra travelling dollars for Obama to fly over there and waste valuable time and effort (regardless of how short that time) on something like the Olympics?
The other victory for Americans is that Obama found 25 minutes to spend talking to the Commanding General of the Afghanistan war on his way home from Denmark. General McChrystal recently told 60 minutes that he had only spoken with Obama once in the past 70 days. Since Obama is the Commander-in-Chief and we are actively in a war against terrorism in Afghanistan isn’t it logical that he would talk to the General commanding said war more often than not? So you see Obama’s failure at winning the Olympics for Chicago is a victory for tax payers. Obama’s failed trip to Denmark is a victory for Americans because he finally met with General McChrystal.
One question - Are there no phones in the White House?
UPDATE:It was reported on 'Special Report' that Obama spent 70 minutes with the IOC pushing Chicago for the Olympics and only 25 minutes with General McChrystal. Obama's priorities are seriously questionable.
Liberal lobbyists using U.S. Capitol Switchboard to push their propaganda!
There is a toll free number (800-828-0498) that started floating around the social networking sites this weekend that when called brings the caller instantly to a message saying ‘Thank you for calling your Representatives and your Senators. Please urge them to vote yes on health insurance reform because the American people can no longer wait for more choices, lower costs and coverage we can count on.” The problem with this phone number – it directs people to the United States Capitol main switchboard! Liberal groups who support healthcare reform are falsely posting this number all over the web as if it is the actual number to Congress. They are purposefully deceiving people into thinking this number is a valid toll free number to reach Congress in order to push their message.
The United States Capitol does not have a toll free number. There is only one main number to the Capitol – 202-226-8000. It can easily be found on their website. My sources say that there is nothing the Capitol can do about this. Apparently anyone can use a private number and forward it to wherever they like. Organizations that are legitimate are posting this number on their sites as if the number is a true number held by the Capitol. There are over 500,000 hits for that number in Google alone.

They have been using it for a while, at least since Bush was in office which led me to the conclusion that this is indeed a liberal lobbying number, not just a healthcare lobbying number:
Other groups like Votekids and the Mental health Association of Maryland also use this number to direct their site visitors to call Congress regarding healthcare reform. The DailyKos has the number. The HuffingtonPost, ThinkProgress, Health Care for Health Care Workers. There is even a site that promotes illegal aliens to call the number if they don’t have long distance on their phone. The list is seemingly endless but what is disturbing is that even people who are against the current healthcare reform bill that is now in Congress are posting it as they do not know that they number is really a liberal lobbying propaganda message. Most people call their Representatives and Senators directly but post the toll free number because it may encourage others to make an easy phone call to Congress.
If groups were posting that this number was a toll free number paid for by lobbyists that would be acceptable but they are not. Whether many of the groups know that the number is a liberal lobbyist propaganda number or not is unknown. I believe FamiliesUSA does since they seem to have been using the number for a while but I do not believe that a lot of the organizations who are posting this number know exactly what they are posting. This is clearly deceit by whoever owns this number. I was unable to find that information. This is clearly a phone number for pushing liberal propaganda which seems to have come about during Bush’s Presidency.
Imagine what people think who are calling this number believing it is truly a toll free number to get in touch with Congress? I have to say when I first heard about this and called I was outraged. There never should be a message supporting any legislation on the U.S. Capital phone lines! And there isn’t unless you fool people into thinking there is by buying a toll free number and virally spreading it around the web. I’d wager quite a bit of money that if a Conservative lobbying group did this same thing somehow the laws would be changed to disallow this type of deceit.

Head of SEIU Andy Stern calls Obamacare and ACORN opponents anti-American right wing extremist liars
Andy Stern, head of Service Employees International Union, a group that has very close ties with ACORN, released a statement today that is beyond ridiculous. He uses the same ‘lingo’ as those who wish to silence anyone who disagrees with Obama’s policies by calling people Right Wing Extremists, teabaggers, liars and anti-American. He whines about the ‘smear tactics’ against community organizing groups, in other words, ACORN. He hypocritically says about those who disagree with Obama’s policies are trying to silence the Left. Does this guy live on the same planet?
I decided to re-print almost the entire press release as every paragraph is outrageously ridiculous. I have added my commentary below each paragraph:
The press release starts off by calling those who wish to defund the proven corrupt ACORN, right wing extremists. Note to Mr. Stern: Americans do not want their hard earned tax dollars going to corrupt organizations of any party affiliation or type. Other, UNcorrupt organizations are welcome to receive tax dollars, neither ACORN nor the SEIU fall into this category.
“As has always happened when progressive change is in the air, the backlash gets fierce, ugly and anti-American. This time is no different. Right now, there is an insidious and coordinated effort on the part of the extreme right to target individuals and grassroots community groups as a way to silence the voices of women and men who have suffered the most under 8 years of right wing policies.”
Anti-American? How exactly is it anti-American to speak out against corrupt organizations that are using tax dollars to continue their corruption? How exactly is it anti-American for ‘regular’ Americans to protest policies that they see as detrimental to their individual well being? Note to Mr. Stern: your line of 8 years of right wing policies is absolutely laughable. Do you forget the Democrats that were involved with policies?

Funny no one in America is trying to stop voices in debate over Obama’s policies, other than the Left. It is the Left that is trying to stop the voices of Americans from all party affiliations from speaking out against what they disagree with. It is the Left that is using lies of racism, Nazism, brownshirts, right wing extremists, right wing domestic terrorists in the hopes that Americans will stop speaking out for what they believe in. You did it yourself.

Note to Mr. Stern: No one cheered the policies that crashed our economy other than Barney Frank, Maxine Waters and Chris Dodd. Please view their lies about Fannie and Freddie being ‘okay’ when they were not. It was Bush and Republicans who wanted to review Fannie and Freddie. Many people hammered Bush, including Glenn Beck, over his policies, spending and growing government. Your Card Check is NOT a voice on the job. You ought to talk to Obama about greedy CEOs like Jeffery Immelt and how much GE and Wall Street stand to make if Cap & Trade is passed.

Lies, stunts and smears – how ironic. ACORN has smeared itself. The SEIU has smeared itself. ACORN and the SEIU have lied continuously and you want to blame Glenn Beck, FOX News and Americans who uncover your corrupt filth? The truth speaks volumes. Your press release speaks volumes.

How about you demand transparency and accountability from ACORN, the SEIU and Obama? Why don’t you start there and work your way down. In case you haven’t heard, it is 2009, workers do get a voice on the job, unless of course people like you make a deal with nursing home owners (yes you can see that story here) - Andy Stern screwing over the workers he feigns to care about so much. Those 'extremists' ARE the once silent voices of women and men who work each day. Get used to it because now they are going to unravel you and the SEIU.

“…enforce the First Amendment right to free speech and the Privacy Act’s right to privacy against efforts by defendants Executive Office of the President (“EOP”), White House Office of Health Care Reform (“WHOHR”), Nancy-Ann DeParle in her official capacity as WHOHR’s Director, Macon Phillips in his official capacity as White House Director of New Media, and others acting in concert (collectively, hereinafter “Defendants”) unlawfully to collect information on political and other noncommercial speech..”
The two groups have formed together to stand up to the outrageous ‘fishy’ email program that Obama installed at the White House to ‘turn in your neighbor’ with emails that you felt were giving false information about the healthcare plan in the House (H.R. 3200). From the AAPS website:
“The lawsuit was prompted by the White House solicitation for the public to report any “fishy” comments to ‘flag@whitehouse.gov.’ Although the White House slightly revised its data collection procedure last week, the email address still exists, the illegal activity continues, and is part of an “unlawful pattern and practice to collect and maintain information” on the exercise of free speech, which “continues in violation of the Privacy Act and First Amendment even if the Defendants terminate a particular information-collection component due to negative publicity.”
“The lawsuit outlines how the White House has employed a form of “bait-and-switch” tactic of accusing the Plaintiffs and other opponents of spreading misinformation about the Administration’s goals for health care reform, and thereby refusing to ‘come clean’ about its real agenda.”
The first amendment clearly states that Americans have the right to free speech:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Isn’t it ironic that the ACLU is nowhere to be seen or heard on this issue other than a very brief statement made by them:
"The ACLU said in a statement to FOXNews.com that the White House blog is a “bad idea that could send a troublesome message.
But the organization added, “While it is unclear at this point what the government is doing with the information it is collecting, critics of the administration’s health care proposal should not fear that their names will end up in some government database that could be used to chill their right to free speech.”
A ‘troublesome message’? Are they serious? The highest office in the country is telling people to turn in their neighbors over what THEY feel is misinformation about the House’s healthcare plan and that is what they call it? The ACLU has an entire page on their website devoted to free speech battles that they have won, yet all they do in regards to the clear violation of free speech made by the Obama Administration is make the above statement? This same statement isn’t even found on their site. What message is the ACLU – which is supposed to fight for ALL American’s civil liberties – sending to the American people? They hammered at Bush for 8 years and are still hammering at Bush over CIA interrogations, yet they do absolutely nothing in regards to Obama violating the 1st Amendment?
Let me be clear – people have no idea exactly what the Obama Administration is going to do with emails they receive regarding misinformation. The message that Obama is sending to Americans is that you shouldn’t send any emails regarding healthcare because someone may disagree and ‘turn you in’ to the White House. This represses free speech as people will be afraid that their email address could indeed find their way into some White House database. We already saw what happened when the Obama Administration hired a third party organization to send unwarranted emails to people. People were outraged that the White House even got a hold of their personal and private email addresses. Kudos to the AAPS and CURE for standing up for Americans’ rights when the one organization that should be outraged, the ACLU, is completely ignoring the reason they even exist.

onto Boston Common today with former Governor Sarah Palin as their
keynote speaker in Boston’s first Tea Party of 2010. People from all
over Massachusetts ascended upon the Common to protest higher taxes,
more spending and Obama’s policy of growing the Federal Government even
bigger. The crowd has been reported as being from 3,000 to 5,000, with
no ‘official’ numbers in yet. It was the perfect day for a Tea Party
and the crowd was filled with families, Grandparents, college students,
pets, Professionals, kids and people from all walks of life who live in
Massachusetts.

All across the internet the latest news has been that Obama himself is coming to Massachusetts to campaign for Senatorial Candidate Martha Coakley, the Democrat. He has done an internet ad and created a message for robocalling practically begging people to vote for Coakley to save his insane Health Care Reform bill. Coakley has already stated that she will lockstep vote for the bill as well as Cap & Trade. Obama’s plea to voters is to save the super majority he holds in Congress so that they can continue to buy off the moderate Democrats with taxpayer dollars and force legislation through even when the majority of the country does not want it.
In case you haven’t heard, there is a special election in Massachusetts on January 19th to fill the late Ted Kennedy’s seat. While many of you may not really think much about a Senate race in Mass., this race will affect each of us on a national level. If Republican Scott Brown wins the seat he will be the 41st vote in the Senate that is against the Health Care Bill not to mention Cap & Trade. He will stop the Democrats from their 60 vote majority and therefore aid in stopping the insanity that has been continually passed in the most partisan fashion we’ve seen in years in Congress.
There is a toll free number (800-828-0498) that started floating around the social networking sites this weekend that when called brings the caller instantly to a message saying ‘Thank you for calling your Representatives and your Senators. Please urge them to vote yes on health insurance reform because the American people can no longer wait for more choices, lower costs and coverage we can count on.” The problem with this phone number – it directs people to the United States Capitol main switchboard! Liberal groups who support healthcare reform are falsely posting this number all over the web as if it is the actual number to Congress. They are purposefully deceiving people into thinking this number is a valid toll free number to reach Congress in order to push their message.
